Shipping and delivery times

Once we receive your order, we begin preparing it immediately. The delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic shipping: Deliveries within the country take between 2 to 3 business days from the moment we process your order.
• International shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the destination and can take between 7 to 20 business days.
• Free Shipping: If your purchase exceeds $300, shipping is completely free!

Order Tracking: Upon making your purchase, we will keep you informed about the status of your order via email within two business days following the purchase.

Customs Charges: Depending on the customs laws of the destination country, additional tax charges or customs fees may apply on top of the shipping cost. We recommend checking customs regulations with the international shipping company of your choice to ensure you are aware of any potential additional costs.

Note: Deliveries to Venezuela are taking longer and have higher costs because the country is considered at risk.

Handbags (Epsom Leather and Vegetable-Tanned Leather)

Care Instructions

For Epsom leather:

1. Remove surface dirt: Wipe away dust or dirt with a soft-bristled brush or a clean, dry cloth.
2. Prepare a soapy solution: Mix mild soap with lukewarm water. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners that could damage the leather. Use a small amount of soap.
3. Clean gently: Dip a soft cloth into the solution, wring out excess water, and rub the leather in circular motions.
4. Rinse: Use a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Wring the cloth well to avoid saturating the leather.
5. Air dry: Allow the leather to air dry completely before using or storing it. Avoid direct heat or sunlight, as they can harden or crack the material.
6. Persistent stains: If stains persist, use a specialized leather cleaner or consult a professional. Always test products on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.

For Vegetable-tanned leather:

1. Remove dust: Clean the surface with a clean, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
2. Clean stains: Use a mild soap or detergent mixed with water. Avoid abrasive sponges or aggressive chemicals.
3. Dry carefully: Dry with a soft towel and allow to air dry completely, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources.
4. Condition (optional): Use a vegetable-tanned leather conditioner to maintain softness and prevent cracking.
